Check-out time is 10 a.m.
Once you have checked out of your room, you can continue using our facilities, store your luggage at our reception, or use our cosy dressing room.

Stays for children 0-3 years

Children are welcome at Masseria San Lorenzo Resort.
For each child between 0 and 3 years old (not completed on arrival) there is a daily fee of €30 which guarantees a cot and a baby kit in the room

Non-refundable rate - the most advantageous
The total payment of the reservation will be made upon confirmation of the same.
There will be no refund for any cancellations, no shows (failure to arrive on the scheduled date), late arrivals or early departures.

Flexible rate - guarantee your room reservation
No payment is required upon booking confirmation, you will only provide us with your credit card details. Cancellation is free only if carried out within the established deadlines. You can pay conveniently upon arrival at the property in cash or by credit card. There will be no refund for any cancellations after the deadline, no shows (failure to arrive on the scheduled date), late arrivals or early departures.

TOURIST TAX
The Municipality of Fasano requires all travelers who stay overnight in accommodation facilities in the area to pay the tourist tax at the same facility according to the following regulation.

- From 01 / 01  to 03 / 31: TOTAL TAX EXEMPTION
- From 04 / 01 to 06 / 14  and from 10 / 16 to 12 / 31: €1.50
- From 06 / 15 al 10 / 15 : 2,00€

Rates are intended for each overnight stay, for each overnight stay up to a maximum of 7 days. Children up to 12 years old (not turned on arrival) are exempt.
